In addition to being an M2 Coach, Moorea is a Physician Assistant. She also holds a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry, a Master’s in Exercise and Sport Studies, and coaching credentials which include the M2 Certification Series and Precision Nutrition Level 1. Her broad expertise allows her to support clients through a wide range of goals —from competition prep and performance to foundational health and long-term wellness.
Moorea’s coaching philosophy centers on alignment over perfection. She works closely with each client to ensure their efforts match their goals, their values, and their season of life. Her approach blends education, accountability, and encouragement, empowering clients to build lasting confidence and independence.
She finds the greatest reward in watching her clients evolve—not just physically, but mentally—building confidence and independence in their health journey. Moorea thrives when working with highly motivated individuals, whether they’re athletes pushing performance limits or parents wanting to feel strong and present in everyday life.
When she’s not coaching, Moorea enjoys trying new foods, relaxing with her dog, and making time to recharge outside of training.
