BS, Exercise Science, MS, School Counseling, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified, CrossFit Trainer Level 1 Certified, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner

Kylie was a former division 1 swimmer at the University of Toledo where she qualified for Olympic Trials in 2008 and NCAA’s championships in 2009, while obtaining her bachelors in exercise science. Kylie then went on to coach Division 1 college swimming at Davidson College and Youngstown State University respectively for the next four years, finishing with a masters in school counseling.

Although Kylie spent most of her life as an athlete, it wasn’t until after her college swimming career that she truly understood the importance of nutrition in fueling for performance and thriving.

After college, she found her next competitive outlet in the bodybuilding world through Figure competitions. She had learned the hard way the importance of not sacrificing your health for your weight loss goals. This sparked her interest and love for nutrition and her desire to share her experience with others. A year later, she found CrossFit and decided that was her next athletic venture!

Kylie has successfully coached hundreds of clients over the past decade as a nutrition coach and her passion lies in learning and being able to help others reach their goals using a holistic approach. Kylie believes that while nutrition plays a crucial role in our ability to achieve our goals, it’s one piece of the puzzle. By focusing on the whole picture and supporting our whole selves, we can more successfully reach our goals.

Being holistic in nature and desiring to further her education, Kylie became certified as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Kylie is able to provide functional testing and recommend protocols based on results. She typically focuses on functional hormone testing whether a client is interested in getting a baseline or if they are trying to get to the bottom specific issues such as brain fog, period symptoms, low libido, and more. Feeling crappy doesn’t have to be your normal!
