Refund Policy

All nutrition and lifestyle plan and/or program purchases are final and non-refundable as each plan is personalized and hand-crafted by an M2 coach.

All scheduled charges are final and are non-refundable if the client’s cancellation request is made less than (3) business days before the client’s bill date, or after their bill date.


Cancellation Policy

In order to terminate services, the client must complete a Cancellation Request Form at least 3 business days (Monday through Friday) before the next scheduled payment in their billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Cancellation requests may not be post-dated.

Memberships cannot be placed on hold. If you’d like to take a break from coaching, please follow our cancellation policy to stop coaching services at the end of your current billing cycle.
