Client Testimonials

Diana Hartman

"Kenzie has helped me manage stress, including times when I couldn’t be consistent in eating which has helped me realize that it’s not the end of the world. I’m very grateful that I started working with Kenzie and M2 when I did, and I honestly wish I started sooner."

Olivia Lepper

"I️ am so grateful to have over six months experience working one on one with Kenzie and M2Performance Nutrition. Before them, I️ wondered, and quite honestly doubted, that it was possible to lose body fat, while maintaining muscle mass AND feeling energized in the gym. Many times I had one or the other, but never both. Working with M2PN completely re-oriented my perception of what properly fueling my body looked like and allowed me to finally feel what it’s like to be proud of how I️ look, perform beyond my expectations and perceive the fueling process positively and healthfully."

Amy

"While I’ve lost some weight, the real success has been the behavioral changes I’ve made. In the past, if I’d “messed up,” I’d just say, “Forget it, might as well cheat the rest of the day.” With Kenzie’s help, I’ve taken a deeper look inside and tried to figure out WHY I turn to the “not as healthy” foods."

How to Track Macros | Protein

Did you know there is a difference between the weight of food when it’s raw and when it’s cooked? Raw food loses on average 25% volume once it is cooked as water evaporates away. That water loss will vary depending on cooking method, how long you cook your food, the amount of water in that food, etc, but for simplicity sake, let’s call it 25%. This can make accurately tracking your macros for protein a little tricky. We've outlined some of the common mistakes people make when logging your macros into MyFitnessPal and a few easy ways to avoid those missteps in the future.
