Kenzie Riley

5x CrossFit Games Athlete and M2 Staff Registered Dietitian, Kenzie is both brains and brawn. Kenzie will always love to train hard, but focus has turned to coaching while growing her family. Now a mother of two, she has new experiences of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood - which allow her to relate more to her clients. Albeit proud of her achievements as an athlete and being one of the fittest women on Earth, this North Carolina lady loves the sweet moments of family life most of all.

BS and MS in Dietetics Eastern Illinois University, Registered Dietitian, CrossFit Level 2

Even through her immense accomplishments as an athlete and nutrition expert, Kenzie knows what it is like to struggle with body image. She combats these negative thoughts with the clarity and empowerment that comes from eating for performance and health, as well as modeling for her children. Knowing she is making the right choices for her goals, her insecurities begin to fade.


In turn, Kenzie enjoys working with women who also struggle with disordered eating and fear of food. She relates, empathizes, and empowers her clients to find their version of health. She also loves working with athletes as she can understand exactly what it requires day in and day out.
