Client Testimonials
Mona Shay
"I started working with Cogen and M2performancenutrition approximately 5 months ago. Since this time, I have had a dramatic increase in my macros, most specifically, carbohydrates. With this nearly 2 x increase, my energy and performance have substantially skyrocketed. I have competed at Wodapalooza and presently performing well through the first several weeks of the Crossfit open. Cogen has been instrumental from a nutritional standpoint but also has been a cheerleader in my performance and general well being."

"Cogen has been there every step of the way, helping me adjust my eating, training, and overall physical and mental well-being. He has been there through the good, the bad, and everything in between. This is truly the only program I have been able to commit to long term and the transformation speaks for itself. I am truly so grateful for the help and support of Cogen and Mike, and I can't wait to see what else is to come this year!"
Katrina DiGiacomo
"My experience with M2 has been incredible. Not only has my performance increased during training, but my knowledge about eating and the foods I put into my body has grown and has been drastically altered for the better. Since I began using M2, Cogen has guided me through many obstacles both inside and outside the gym, which has in result allowed me to live a healthier and happier life!"

Strategies for Unpacking the "What-if's" in your Nutrition Journey
One of the biggest concerns that clients have around consistency is what to do when they can’t control their meals fully. “What do I do when I’m not 100% in control of the food I’m going to eat? What if I’m not cooking it? What if I can’t use my scale? What if I’m at a restaurant, work dinner, baby shower, picnic, etc.” These ‘what if’s’ can often become bottlenecks to finding consistency. We'll talk through some strategies to employ to find consistency even when you’re not 100% in control of the food you’re eating. We’ll also tackle two important things: understanding your goals and personal nutrition journey and the role of perfectionism and mindset in achieving your goals.
