With a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Health Services, a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, and certifications including the M2 Performance Nutrition Education Series, & Precision Nutrition Level 1, Christa blends science-backed strategies with a deeply personal approach to health and performance.
As a practicing Occupational Therapist, Christa has worked across hospital and clinical settings—giving her a unique ability to meet clients exactly where they are, whether they’re striving for athletic performance or taking their very first steps toward healthier habits. She’s especially passionate about helping women overcome under-fueling and guiding them toward strength, energy, and resilience. Her own journey has shaped the heart of her coaching. After navigating gymnastics injuries, body image struggles, yo-yo dieting, and being dependent on medication for severe acid reflux, Christa discovered the transformative power of nutrition. That discovery didn’t just help her get off medication—it fueled a deeper calling to help others unlock their health through a holistic, sustainable approach.
Christa’s coaching philosophy is rooted in growth, not perfection. She finds the most fulfillment in celebrating her clients’ wins—whether it’s hitting a new PR, feeling energized again, or simply developing pride in consistent choices. “It’s an honor to be part of someone’s health journey,” she says, and it’s clear she means it.
She thrives when working with open-minded, committed clients—whether they’re chasing competitive goals or simply ready for change.
Outside of coaching, Christa enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching reality TV and comedies, and getting outdoors when she can.

Did you know there is a difference between the weight of food when it’s raw and when it’s cooked? Raw food loses on average 25% volume once it is cooked as water evaporates away. That water loss will vary depending on cooking method, how long you cook your food, the amount of water in that food, etc, but for simplicity sake, let’s call it 25%. This can make accurately tracking your macros for protein a little tricky. We've outlined some of the common mistakes people make when logging your macros into MyFitnessPal and a few easy ways to avoid those missteps in the future.
