Inspirational, Intentional, A Wealth of Knowledge, Invaluable, Detail Oriented
With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Movement Science from Springfield College and certifications through ACE, NASM, and Precision Nutrition (Level 1 & 2), Casey brings a comprehensive, evidence-based perspective to her coaching. She’s also a Functional Nutrition Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and holds advanced credentials in sleep and stress management, ensuring no part of your health is overlooked.
Casey’s athletic background is just as extensive. A former D1 soccer player, regional-level CrossFit competitor, and endurance racer with podium finishes in triathlons and three official 100-mile ultramarathons, she’s lived the mindset, discipline, and strategy it takes to fuel elite performance
But Casey’s true passion lies in helping others discover their potential—whether that means improving daily energy, building strength, or tackling a big goal they never thought possible. She thrives when working with open-minded clients who are ready to do the work, have honest conversations, and commit to progress, not perfection. She also loves guiding beginners through the foundational stages of health and nutrition.
Outside of coaching, Casey finds peace in the outdoors—often hiking through the woods with her dogs and embracing time away from the hustle.
Client Testimonials
Madi H.
"Casey was so helpful in teaching me about all the things necessary for fueling my body for performance"
Rodrigo L.
"Casey was critical in helping me build the habits AND fueling tactics to put my body through a 1,000km solo bike adventure, and while crossing the finish line, feeling like I still had PLENTY of gas in the tank!"
Linn Nilsson
"Above all this, my mental game is the biggest process. Ive learned that my performance and overall well being is so much more important than any number on the scale, and that food should be something that pushes you forward - not holding you back. Progress takes time; you need to be consistent and not all days are a walk in the park - But the reward of growing a powerful mind and body is all worth it."
