M2 Coach

Mike Molloy

As Founder of M2, and an extensive education in multiple disciplines, I’ve developed a knowledge of how to use nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to maximize health, longevity and human performance.

Mike Molloy

I’ve always had a natural interest in learning how to cultivate health and performance, both for myself and for others. Over the course of my career, I've studied cellular biology, biochemistry, immunology and of course nutrition. My career path has given me a unique perspective on how nutrition and other lifestyle changes can be used to maximize basically any goal that you may have.

I've worked with more than 40 Crossfit Games athletes, Olympians and NFL football players. However, the most rewarding experiences of my job have nothing to do with elite performance, but instead with helping people heal. They may need to heal their physical body, their emotional relationship with food, or just heal a broken relationship with themselves.

Calling what we do "nutrition" coaching doesn't really do it justice. I hope you'll come experience it for yourself, because I truly believe we are doing something special here and would love for you to be a part of it.

Client Testimonials

Grace S.

"This really is far more than just macro counting, Mike really guides and teaches you how to make nutrition a positive part of your life and how to adjust when life gives you inevitable ups and downs."

Ty K.

"Mike showed me what I really should be eating and all the right things happened: look better, recover better, sleep better, perform better etc. etc. ....I'm a better person for all of this. I'm a happier person too. If you're on the fence - do it. If you're already fit af - do it. If you're worried you're jumping into the deep end - do it."

Keith Barber

"My experience with M2 was absolutely incredible. I definitely got the performance results I was looking for, and when they say they have coaches that care, they 100% mean it."

The Hardest Type of Transformation | Part 2 - Featuring Mekenzie Riley

This post is Part 2 about the transformations that no one talks about, the ones that you can’t see in the mirror, but instead feel in training, in your health and in your mind. We’re lucky enough to have Mekenzie Riley, 4 times CrossFit Games athlete, to share her experience around the ups and downs of balancing the goals that her head and her heart wanted over the last 4 years working with M2 founder, Mike Molloy.

Lifestyle
Of Macros and Men

I’ve been a nutrition coach in some capacity for about the last 7 years. I’ve worked with hundreds of athletes, and built customized nutrition plans for more than 1000 people in that time. I would estimate that the male to female ratio of my work is close to 90% in the favor of women. Let’s be clear, it’s NOT because men do a better job with eating than women.
