Mike Molloy
As Founder of M2, and an extensive education in multiple disciplines, I’ve developed a knowledge of how to use nutrition and lifestyle adjustments to maximize health, longevity and human performance.
I’ve always had a natural interest in learning how to cultivate health and performance, both for myself and for others. Over the course of my career, I've studied cellular biology, biochemistry, immunology and of course nutrition. My career path has given me a unique perspective on how nutrition and other lifestyle changes can be used to maximize basically any goal that you may have.
I've worked with more than 40 Crossfit Games athletes, Olympians and NFL football players. However, the most rewarding experiences of my job have nothing to do with elite performance, but instead with helping people heal. They may need to heal their physical body, their emotional relationship with food, or just heal a broken relationship with themselves.
Calling what we do "nutrition" coaching doesn't really do it justice. I hope you'll come experience it for yourself, because I truly believe we are doing something special here and would love for you to be a part of it.

"I’ve been sticking with my original macros and they have been working best for me. I’ve seen HUGE improvements with this plan (135p 270c 60f). I had the age group online qualifier last week and it went extremely well for me. I moved up an age group this year (16-17) and they’re only taking 10 so going into it I was going to give it my all and see what happens. As of right now, I’m in the 10th spot for the games and I couldn’t be more excited😆 This will be my rookie year at the games! Of course, it’s not official until videos are reviewed but as of right now I’m unofficially games bound which blows my mind!
