Although I have made noticeable physical changes, a lot of the progress that I have made is something that you cannot see in a picture. Keagan has helped me overcome a lot of anxiety surrounding food, the scale, and poor body image. The best part of all is the fact that I really felt like I connected with Keagan on a personal level and I really look forward to our check-ins each week ☺

I have been working with Keagan since May of this year and I can’t say enough about how much I love working with her and how it has impacted me in so many ways. Before I started working with Keagan it was really difficult to allow myself to eat more food because I never really believed that I could change my body composition and get leaner by eating MORE. In such a short period of time of working together, I have really noticed a change in my body composition from eating more food which also resulted in me recovering better and sleeping through the night. Along the way, Keagan was so supportive and really ensured me that I would be okay and made it easy to trust in her and trust what she was telling me to do.

She really dove way deeper than just my food log by really making sure I was doing okay as a whole person (work, personal life, stress, etc) and in turn, I feel like that’s why I made great progress so far. I knew this wouldn’t be an overnight journey and I am very much looking forward to working with Keagan in the coming months.
